Stressful!
Positive: I did not receive any notification that there was no WiFi and I was unable to work whilst there. They did suggest to use the campsite WiFi however I know the site and the signal and WiFi is not sufficient so I expected there to be WiFi within the lodge. The toilet seat was broke and also the shower door came off first time we opened it
Negative: WiFi or an explanation there wasn’t any.
They didn’t answer when trying to resolve and unknowingly booked me into another property and failed to tell me and booked someone else in. It wasn’t nice when they came up to say they had booked in and I needed to get out!
In the end I stayed and it was resolved but it wasn’t a great Experiance
