Incredible views, good for active people Positive: Absolutely fabulous views and a lovely caravan site with curious chickens, homemade pizza once a week and lovely surroundings for walks. The kitchen was well appointed and the shower was great. Negative: As others have said, the sofa is incredibly uncomfortable - we really struggled with this and I would really recommend the owners replace this as it does impact your stay. There were a few things needing improved in the caravan - the kitchen counter finishings need replaces, some cupboard doors a bit loose, etc but given the location and price we accepted these.

Positive: The place was a lovely stay well fitted out for your stay .took meals away with us .as in past there hasnt been stuff to make meals with but wasnt the case this time so next time i return i will just take food to make in lodge. Negative: The settee needs to to changed .as when you have a bad back was like sitting on a slab .we found more comfort sitting on the dinner chairs round table. .was absolutely terrible sitting on it .that was the only thing wrong

Stressful! Positive: I did not receive any notification that there was no WiFi and I was unable to work whilst there. They did suggest to use the campsite WiFi however I know the site and the signal and WiFi is not sufficient so I expected there to be WiFi within the lodge. The toilet seat was broke and also the shower door came off first time we opened it Negative: WiFi or an explanation there wasn’t any. They didn’t answer when trying to resolve and unknowingly booked me into another property and failed to tell me and booked someone else in. It wasn’t nice when they came up to say they had booked in and I needed to get out! In the end I stayed and it was resolved but it wasn’t a great Experiance
