Rosevale Apartment

Positive: Lovely cozy apartment, brilliant location! Felt safe and homely. Clean and spacious, would stay here again! Negative: Communication with host is very poor, unclear of where the outside bins were located and was therefore left with built up rubbish. Stairs up to the apartment were quite smelly and there were plenty of flies and bird mess.

Did me fine. AllI needed Positive: N/A Negative: A grab handle in the shower would have been good. Being 80 I can be a bit unstady in enclose space like the shower.

Great place to stay,right in the heart of Hawick.very positive. Positive: Modern clean tidy and very cosy place! Negative: The washing machine and bathroom radiator did not work.

Don't be turned off by the enterance to this nice little unit. Positive: The unit was very clean and confortable. Area was very quiet and ideal for exploring the borders. Negative: The common areas of the enterance to the unit were grotty, we almost turned around before we reached the appartment. The heated towel rail didn't work, and as it was cold the days we were there it was difficult to dry our towels.

better choice than a hotel room and hope to book this facility again Positive: good location and very clean and tidy Negative: missing some basic essentials - a bar of soap/handwash and air freshener available upon arrival would have improved the experience
